Teams don't have to name World Cup probables

TOI has learnt that under the new Members Playing Agreement (MPA) which came into effect since 2016, there is no need for the teams to name a provisional or probable squad for any ICC event anymore-more specifically the World Cup, which is scheduled to be held in England from May 30.
