In a letter to Goa governor, Congress MLAs have demanded that the present government be dismissed and the Congress party is the single largest party and hence should be invited to form the government. The Congress said that the state is in a state of emergency created by Manohar Parrikar's adamant insistence of not stepping down despite his ailing health.
