Pulwama attack fallout: To play or not to play Pakistan?

In the aftermath of the Pulwama terror attack, there sure is an element of uncertainty as far as the India vs Pakistan game in the upcoming ICC ODI World Cup is concerned, with the clamour for India to boycott it growing by the day. Harbhajan Singh made a direct call saying, “India should not play Pakistan in the world Cup. India are powerful enough to win the World Cup without having to play Pakistan.” However, it will take some more time before any final decision about this is taken.
