Dirty Yamuna: NGT pulls up Delhi, UP, Haryana

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has sought an explanation from the chief secretaries of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana on the worsening condition of the Yamuna flowing through the capital.
